Carpool Matcher ("Service," "we," "us," or "our") is a free platform that facilitates introductions between individuals seeking to share transportation to events. We are not a transportation provider, and we do not provide, own, or operate any transportation services.
By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO ASSERT ANY CLAIMS AGAINST CARPOOL MATCHER, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR INJURY THAT MAY BE SUSTAINED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CARPOOL MATCHER, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE DOLLAR ($1.00).
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in California.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By using the Service, you consent to the sharing of your contact information with other users for the purpose of arranging carpools. We will not sell your information to third parties for marketing purposes.
